The Printer’s Ink Pinotage pays homage to the Meinert family’s printing heritage in Namibia. Crafted by Martin Meinert and Brendan Butler at Devon Crest vineyard, Stellenbosch, this limited-edition wine, predominantly Pinotage with a touch of Merlot, thrives on old bush vines in rich Hutton soils. South-facing slopes, managed canopies, and cooling sea breezes contribute to its concentrated fruit, medium structure, and clean finish. Perfect with ostrich tartare or slightly chilled with sushi, it promises aging potential of around 10 years.
